CFMS appoints new Chief Technology Officer

Bristol, 12th July 2016 - The Centre for Modelling & Simulation (CFMS), a specialist in high value design capability, today announced that Sanjay Khetia has been selected as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the company. Sanjay will assume the new role of CTO on 5th September 2016, and will be responsible for company technology strategy and development.

Sanjay brings a wealth of industry experience, joining from QinetiQ, where he is a QinetiQ Fellow and Chief Technologist for the Training division, responsible for technical strategy and sponsorship of the Innovation Board.
 

CFMS Executive Board Director, Behrooz Barzegar, Airbus, commented, “Sanjay’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge makes him a key addition to the executive leadership team. Through technology leadership, CFMS will continue to extend the boundaries of simulation and advancement of state-of-the-art”.

Recognised nationally and internationally as an authoritative technical expert within the field of modelling, simulation and training, Sanjay’s career spans over 16 years, with a demonstrable track record of designing, developing and delivering simulation and training concepts and solutions to the defence sector.

The CTO role is the latest appointment to CFMS executive leadership team, joining Sam Paice, Chief Operating Officer, who commented, “This is an incredibly exciting time for CFMS.
