Vince Cable opens National Composites Centre at Science Park
The Bristol & Bath Science Park is delighted to see the second government Minister in as many months here today, as business secretary Rt Hon Dr Vince Cable officially opens the NCC.
The National Composites Centre, which is based at the Science Park, brings together dynamic companies and enterprising academics to develop new technologies for the design and rapid manufacture of high-quality composite products.
This drawing together of cutting edge research, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and investors is at the core of the Science Park.
Mr Cable’s visit comes just a few weeks after the Minister for Universities and Science, Rt Hon David Willetts, officially unveiled the Bristol & Bath Science Park to a national audience.
